# Roadmap

Komm DAO aspires to become a reputable, decentralized organization with a focus on innovation and K-ommunity-driven initiatives, through achieving the goals noted below.

**Short-term** 

* Selecting DAO operating tool and growing community members
* Electing Governance K-ommittee of 9 members (max)
* Drafting litepaper and DAO Charter
* Setting up DAO operating company and venture fund

**Mid to long-term** 

* Launching new initiatives such as incubators, accelerators and grants 
* Exploring new governance and incentive mechanism 
* Onboarding various community members
