Komm DAO aspires to become a reputable, decentralized organization with a focus on innovation and K-ommunity-driven initiatives, through achieving the goals noted below.

Short-term

• Selecting DAO operating tool and growing community members

• Electing Governance K-ommittee of 9 members (max)

• Drafting litepaper and DAO Charter

• Setting up DAO operating company and venture fund

Mid to long-term

• Launching new initiatives such as incubators, accelerators and grants

• Exploring new governance and incentive mechanism

• Onboarding various community members
